JOB Software Implementation OXFORD

‘- Four-year degree or equivalent with relevant experience in IT fields
– 2 years of previous team collaboration tools-based implementation or support experience
including new technologies on boarding
– Comfortable with change and organizational/process evolution in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communicator that is both technically adept and personable
– Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
– Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities to effectively meet deadlines
– Fluency in English is essential

We are looking for a Software Implementation and Support specialist with three or more years of experience implementing and supporting Cloud Collaboration Tools.

You will be doing so by in close collaboration with our Automation team and our global network of solution
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm

Your main responsibilities will include:

– Identify and train on best practices and functionality on the aforementioned tools
– Prepare training materials and keep them up to date
– Roll-out specific tools to new offices
– In close collaboration with our IT and HR teams:
– Onboard new employees
– Quarterly review that all managers have properly offboarded departed employees.
– Document the implementation process and keep project plans up to date; recording all
interactions, questions, and experiences
– Identify tactics to increase adoption within our staff
– Provide ongoing support to existing users within all of our solutions
– Monitor compliance with policies and standards

corporations and most innovative startups in the world. Will report directly to the Director of Automation and to the Director of Application Development.
– Permanent contract
– Annual salary: 25K gross + variable salary (up to 4K each quarter)
